This quote from Proverbs 18: 15 is a good reminder that being a Christian doesn’t start and end with going to church, it’s a continual process of learning and discovery. Nurturing our curiosity about what it means to love and worship God is a key part of our spiritual growth. How can we follow God’s teachings if we don’t understand them?
Luckily we don’t have to go it alone. There are lots of resources available online to help Christians decipher scripture, delve into apologetics, start a daily devotional, and more. Last year, St John’s was gifted a subscription to RightNowMedia, a digital library of biblical resources presented in short, easily digestible videos. The entire library is available free to members of St John’s. Simply sign in, pick a topic, and get learning!
How to Use RightNowMedia

When prompted, create your own profile by entering your email address and choosing a password.
Once you’ve logged into the site, you can fill out your profile or just go straight to browsing the digital library. Your homepage will look like this:
Scrolling down the page, you’ll be able to see what other church members are reading and their recommendations. If you’re interested, just click the icon to find out more or begin watching the video.
You can go back to the homepage at any point by clicking the RightNowMedia icon at the top left of the screen:
